A year ago today is our first wedding anniversary. I am blessed to
be sharing my life with the man I truly love and I hardly believe how time
flies real fast. Feels like it was just yesterday that we were officially a
husband and wife, and that we just had our 3rd honeymoon in a year.
My husband, he is my best friend, my sweetheart, my strength, my
inspiration, my everything, and a person whom I can'i live without. I thank
Allah for this wonderful man.
Marriage is the best thing ever that Allah swt grants us to be in
a halal relationship between a man and a woman, and it is not only in good
times. we encountered bad days too, however, knowing my responsibilities as a
wife in Islam and the respect that my husband deserves, and he on the other
hand knows his role as a husband and the love he has for me, we will avoid
dragging the matter prolonged.
Everyday we are discovering new things between our
self and our spouse, thus, avoid loathing or complaining over things as in
the Quran commands to be kind towards each other even if you dislike something about them, it may be something that Allah has placed good for you.
My husband understands me, and he has the most patience I could
ever need in handling myself. -_-"
He has always been there for me, therefore, I would wanna be
forever by his side in good or worse.
This year is a tough year for the both of us. I used to cringe
over the thought of him being away even for a night. Nevertheless, my husband
will always be closer at heart in my doa in every prayers. And Skype links us
closer together! :D
His doa, supports, motivations and encouragements that will keep
me strong here. May Allah bless him, grant him with good health, tranquil
heart, peaceful mind, reward him for his patience and strengthen his iman,
insya Allah.
Lastly, may Allah swt bless our marriage with happiness and be
closer to Allah in love and devotion.
Thank you all, family and friends for the doa being showered to
us.
