A walk into the woods

I am sparing some time tonight to blog on an adventure into the woods! Lol Special thanks to Kak Haniza and family for organizing the BBQ over their amazing crib. :D

We had a spring BBQ-ing last weekend on Victoria Day which took place at Alton, Caledon. It was my 2nd time to be walking into the woods aft Vancouver's. I personally enjoyed it, and I actually felt like I was in the Twilight scene. Pretending to be one of the cast! Haha Just look at how beautiful the scenery is. Masya Allah :)

Beautifully painted by Kak Niza <3

Climbing over the fence to start our journey!
Learn from the expert! :D.

When the wife is struggling to climb, the husband is indulging in food instead. How romantic! -_-" lol

Caledon

It is located just northwest of the city of my whereabouts currently, Brampton. I love the scenic countryside view which is jut so soothing for the eyes. A great getaway from the busy town, and a perfect place for picnic, BBQ, and more gatherings! The town of Caledon has over 70 parks. Alton on the other hand, is a small municipality located in Caledon, Ontario. We took a stroll into the woods just behind the house. I would love to come again to explore the Alton Forest Conservation Area which is located just across the road as told by Kak Niza. Also, experience more of what Caledon has to offer such as, the Farmers's Market- a place for community gathering and shop for local foods, and Caledon lake! FYI, Canada has the most lakes in the world. *i learnt during my Selling Destination's class. ^_^
Caledon lake is located south of Orangeville and it is Ontario's largest lake with no accessibility for the public. Lucky to those who owns cottages along the lake! It is also a protected land, known as Caledon Lake Forest Conservation Area.
